Refund and Payment Terms

Prices, currency, included credits or subscription benefits and billing frequency are displayed before payment. Payments may be securely processed by Stripe, and a completed checkout is not recorded until the payment provider confirms it.

If a payment is duplicated, charged incorrectly, or the purchased service is not delivered, contact support with the account email, payment date, amount and payment reference. Do not send card numbers, security codes or passwords.

Refund eligibility is assessed based on delivery, usage, applicable law and payment-provider records. Consumed credits, completed campaign delivery and services already supplied are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method and processing time depends on the payment provider and bank.
